Fremantle Dockers Football Club RoomsParry Street, Fremantle - Completed 2000

The Fremantle Dockers Headquarters at Fremantle Oval was designed as a contemporary two storied pavillion style building that harmonises with the many heritage listed buildings in the precinct.

The Headquarters offers approximately 1,000m2 of first floor Administrative Offices, above 1,000m2 of Training Facilities. Adjoining this is a 450m2 glass fronted pavillion housing the 25 metre heated training pool. These facilities have been judged by visiting officials as being the best of any club in the Australian Football League.

Constructed from a combination of concrete tilt-up panels, insitu concrete columns, precast concrete beams and floor panels with a multi pitched Colorbond Ultra roof, the building is gently curved to follow the south western flank of the oval. A curved balcony to the first floor has been designed to provide an ideal vantage point to view the action on the oval as well as to enjoy the striking panorama of Fremantle's heritage vistas, including the Fremantle Goal.
